Refund & Shipping Policy

BJ Discount Refund Policy
 
1. Returns
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
 
Several types of plumbing-related goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:
 
  • Custom-made products
  • Special-order parts
  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Installed plumbing fixtures
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
2. Partial Refunds
 
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Refunds
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
 
4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:
  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
 
6. Exchanges

7. Shipping Returns

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
 
8. Fraud Prevention Policy

Due to high levels of fraud, we require that the shipping and billing address must be the same on all orders.
